In my semi-private personal training sessions, you’ll follow a personalized program tailored specifically for you. 2-3 clients will be training during your session, and each of you will work independently on your own program. This setup allows you to focus on your individual goals while benefiting from the energy and motivation of a shared training environment.
Assisted stretching will be done 1x a week, and I’ll also teach you a stretch routine that you can do on your own.
