This 55-minute Pilates class blends intentional movement, strength, mobility, and community in an elevated studio setting. Class incorporates Pilates props such as a ball, light weights, and my resistance bands to help deepen the work while remaining beginner friendly and challenging when needed.
As I continue building my Pilates teaching practice through Balanced Body to complete my certification, this class offers a supportive space to learn, move, and progress together.
Expect a luxury-inspired experience, from curated movement and attention to form to the calming studio atmosphere, ending each class with a refreshing eucalyptus cold towel.
