The 4-Week Consistency Challenge is designed to reinforce a sustainable workout habit over a full month. This challenge focuses on building routine, staying accountable, and tracking measurable progress.

This challenge is perfect for those who need motivation, want to build workout habits, or are ready to commit to a short-term focused plan.

    • Anyone looking for a quick, focused push to establish a routineStarts on the day of purchase.
      • Participants should aim to attend 2 scheduled sessions per week.
      • Babes must complete the full 4 weeks to qualify for any rewards or credits.
      • Last day to purchase is January 31st 11:59PM
      • $100 Credit towards a 20+ Pack towards your next package IF COMPLETED.
      • Missed sessions affect completion for the reward
      • Assisted stretching is NOT included

  • InBody Scan Bonus:

    As part of your challenge, you’ll receive an InBody scan on your first and last session. This scan provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition, including:

    • Weight
    • Lean muscle mass
    • Body fat percentage
    • Skeletal Muscle Mass
    • BMI

    Monday–Friday:• 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM (availability may vary on select days)

    • 5:00 PM sessions available

    Saturday: • 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM

    Sunday: • Closed
